Aftercare Coordinator
The Aftercare Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining vocational opportunities for our students based upon their individual strengths.
The Aftercare Coordinator also acts as a vital link between the student and the community.
In addition to being responsible for the safety, supervision, advising, counseling and role modeling for our students, the Guidance Specialist manages the reentry of the student into society as a responsible, self-directed person actively engaged in the pursuit of vocational or educational goals.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
